Round1.sg Forum guidelines!

The goal of Round1 is to create and provide space for a positive, inclusive and vibrant community of fighting gamers. A community that seeks to improve itself as a whole, both in terms of gaming and in terms of real life. A community that society can look upon admirably.

The following guidelines are to here to make the above a reality. Failure to comply may result in warnings/suspensions/bans. Please note that the round1.sg (R1) team reserves the right to amend these rules at our discretion.

1)   No flaming of other users/mods/admins is allowed. This includes post content, topic subject content, avatar content and signature content. Flaming constitutes any personal attack or threat with malicious intent. We also discourage bad-mouthing people who are not on the forums.
2)   Do not spam or troll the forums. Spamming/Trolling involves posting with no intent to contribute to the discussion, excessive one-line posts, repeated postings of links, creating threads or posts for the sole intent of soliciting angry replies and/or creating unnecessary topics.
3)   No posting of sexually explicit content is allowed. There is no hard-line on this, but please note that we have users 21 and below so be responsible with such content, so beware of even posting things implying explicit sexual behavior. This includes content in your avatar/signature.
4)   Help to keep threads on topic. Do not post random or out-of-topic posts, and please create threads in their appropriate forums. (eg. Want to sell something? Post it in the Pasar forum, not the SF4 forum)
5)   Please be sensitive when it comes to the issue of race.
6)   Do not post or discuss anything which describes illegal activities in detail or which condone such activities.  Such activities include (and are not exclusive to): Piracy, Gambling (side-betting included) and underage clubbing.
7)   Please do not quote posts with entire images in them. This takes up unnecessary bandwidth.
8 )   Round1.sg is in the process of incorporation, and we are currently affiliated to several corporate entities. If you have a corporate and/or business agenda on the forums, please email business@round1.sg before posting on the forums. This includes (but is not exclusive to) soliciting information from and about our members for your publications, reporting on our events and advertising your company name/logo.
